Sound familiar?
Confusion and anger that don’t make sense.
You’ve built a life you’re proud of – a thriving career, meaningful accomplishments, and a sense of independence.
And yet, there’s a quiet, persistent confusion about how you arrived here, still single when you imagined something different.
Overthinking becomes exhausting, leaving you anxious and on edge in ways that don’t feel like you.
Snapping at the people you care about most, then wondering where that version of you came from.
And when others celebrate their relationships, a mix of frustration, disbelief, and even anger rises – feelings you didn’t expect but can’t ignore.
It goes deeper…
Embarrassment and shame you can’t shake.
In quiet moments, self-criticism takes over, questioning your worth in ways you rarely share with others.
You’re pulling back more, avoiding conversations or situations that feel too exposing.
Questions like “Why are you still single?” or “Don’t you want a family?” land heavily, leaving you unsure how to respond without feeling vulnerable or judged.
There’s a tension between what you’ve achieved and the lingering sense that something is missing – or worse, that something is wrong with you.
Even when you know that’s not true, the feeling can still take hold.
And underneath it all…
Sadness and anxiety weigh heavily.
There was a time when connection felt natural – when your confidence lit up a room and approaching someone you liked felt exciting, not overwhelming.
Now, those same moments can feel charged with anxiety, as if your body is working against you.
Unsure of what to say or how you’ll be received: your heart races, your thoughts scatter, and even simple interactions can feel daunting.
Comparison has quietly crept in, turning other people’s joy into a mirror that reflects your own longing.
Beneath it all is a deeper, quieter sadness – a kind of grief that often goes unseen by others but is deeply felt within you.
Trying everything but still feeling stuck.
“Maybe I just need to try harder…”
You’ve put real effort into trying to feel better, telling yourself you need the right mindset or a little more discipline.
Reading books, listening to podcasts, and taking in all the advice about confidence, dating, and self-love.
At times, it helps – you feel a spark of hope, a sense that things are shifting.
But somehow, the same patterns return, and you’re left wondering why nothing seems to stick.
Part of you wonders if you’re missing something, or if lasting relief just isn’t meant for you, despite how hard you’ve tried.
There is another way.
A space to finally set it all down.
Carrying the weight of your own life decisions can feel overwhelming, especially when you’re also holding responsibility for others.
It can reach a point where even small choices feel exhausting, like your mind never gets a break and you’re left quietly craving support.
Therapy offers a space where you don’t have to carry it all alone, where the pressure to have everything figured out can begin to soften. Together, we gently untangle the expectations you’ve internalized – especially the ones shaped by societal narratives about who you “should” be.
The invisible weight you’ve been holding across so many roles finally has somewhere to land, without judgment or urgency.
From this new vantage point, life doesn’t have to feel like a cycle of exhaustion and dissatisfaction. It can begin to feel steadier, clearer, and more like your own.

Hey, there, love. I'm Danielle.
I’m so glad you’ve arrived here – ready to step into a deeper sense of self-empowerment and fulfillment.
Self-doubt and shame have taken up enough space in your life. It’s time to relate to yourself with more compassion and clarity. You are inherently valuable, and together we can help you see yourself that way – not defined by your relationship status but grounded in who you are. This work begins with self-love, not as a cliché, but as a steady, lived experience.
As a working woman, you may have carried countless expectations placed on you by others. If you’re a single mother, you might feel the pressure to be everything for your children, often at the cost of your own needs. If you’re single without children, you may find yourself overextended, giving to others while quietly running on empty. No matter your path, that constant output can leave you feeling overwhelmed, unseen, and disconnected from yourself.
Beautiful soul, whatever your life experiences, you don’t have to navigate it alone.
Come talk to me. I’m here to walk alongside you and help you rediscover who you’ve always been.

Common Questions
I’m a licensed therapist located in Texas. For me to ethically provide online psychotherapy, you must be in the state of Texas for all scheduled sessions as well.
You can expect that I’ll ask where you’re joining in for your session, until it’s obvious that you’re in a consistently familiar place as our therapeutic rapport grows.
You’re welcome to meet for your session in a space you feel comfortable in, with a few conditions to keep in mind.
To ensure we can hear one another well, consider a quiet space or one free of background noise.
For the most uninterrupted attention and your safety, I strongly encourage you not to drive during your scheduled therapy time. Please be stationary.
I also ask that you be free of any mind-altering substances, including liquor, THC/cannabis-related products, etc. This helps ensure you are in a mindset open to receiving and retaining what is navigated during your therapy sessions.
I do not take insurance. I am immediately available to private-pay clients.
Payments are automatically made after each scheduled session via online transactions. You will receive an invoice after each transaction.
Your credit or debit card information will be collected before your intake session and charged after each session. If you would like to pay for a specific number of sessions upfront, we can arrange this for you.

Yes. You will be charged the full fee of $210 for all no-show sessions.
Emergencies do occur, and if this happens, there will be a conversation before any fee is applied for missing the scheduled session.
Please communicate any financial changes or concerns during your therapy session. I am here to explore possibilities to maintain our therapeutic relationship.
At your initial consultation or intake session, the details of what you want and/or may need from therapy will be explored to confirm whether moving forward will be a good fit.
If it is not, I am happy to explore other therapeutic fits with you and connect you accordingly.
You can expect a conversation that will feel a bit like introducing yourself to someone for the first time, blended with asking and answering new questions.
If at any time you feel slightly uneasy or a bit anxious, that’s okay. It’s a common part of doing something new, and I welcome you to share that experience as we talk.
